I used to come to your red deer store all the time and I have had ok service until I met Chelsey. She is the only reason I kept coming back. I have had some problems with the food and she is the only one who helped me with the orders. I moved away and came back to visit family and told them we had to go there because of the service. But I was told she is no longer there and Neither I nor my family has had the same experience since. Wish she was still there, I miss her.

I love Applebees in Red Deer my daughters took me there when I first came to live here in AB. in 2001.

The food divine, such a choice . I always say I will get something different but when the waitress comes to the table I usually weaken for Oriental chicken with french garlic bread . Yummy

The refills on drinks keep coming I like the staff singing the Happy Birthday Song .

I'm going Xmas Shopping amd can't wait to visit APPLEBEES To fill my rumbling tummy .

I really like Applebee's, it seems like every time I am there- the staff is very friendly- they treat us like friends not customers! The food is not always perfect but I am not delusional to believe that everything is! What I appreciate is that I have often been visited by the manager to make sure everything is going well, and if it's not- she is happy to fix it! I have never been visited by a manager in ANY other establishment- it is very refreshing!

My children and grandson went to Applebees for supper, after nearly 2 hours we got the main meal after the very disappointing and raw mini hamburger appetizers there was much expectation of a decent meal unfortunately they did not deliver. We found a hair in one meal the other meals were luke warm and not fully cooked what was cooked was so over cooked it was mushy and nasty. Horrible. Food was warm. Cheese didn't even melt on the french onion soup. 3 tables, 1 server, and we still waited 15 mins in between food/check-up as she was flirting to what appears to be her bf or another male employee.

Surprise it's still in business.

I had an excelent experience at Applebee's. The food was quick hot and fresh! The service was amazing. It was not our first time and will not be our last! I found my steak cooked to perfection, honestly one of the best ive had in years. Great Job Applebee's keep it up!

Today is 10 March, 2008. I visited applebees at 145, three guests in total. We waited for 5 minutes to be seated. There was one waitress doing her best however was barely coping. When seated I noticed THREE gentlemen who appeared to work for the facility. One sitting drinking coffee, one doing paper work, one doing nothing. Other guests came in but none of the three gentlemen got off their butts to seat the guests. We saw two sets of two guests leave after approx waiting 8 minutes. The table server was very inexperienced but very customer oriented.
Every once in a while one of the gentlemen seated a guest. It was very confusing because other staff seemed to appear to deliver orders. We waited for 20 minutes for our order to arrive.
My steak was well done, medium was requested. The frypan presentation was good but the tray it was on was all chipped, very old looking, and should be discarded. Some of the fried onions were undercooked.
As an instructor in Hospitality and Tourism, Faculty of Business at Ryerson University I appreciate a well run resturant, corporate or franchise. I am afraid my first experience at Applebee's Red Deer was not great.

Service was good. However, the food was not upto it's usual Appelby's standard. My steak was very salty and was cooked Well Done, instead of Med. Well. The coleslaw was rotten and the gravy was pure soya sauce - What a disappointment! No adjustments were made to our bill, even after speaking to the server - Not a good sign that anyone really cares!

To be really honest with the competition out there, I doubt I'd go back - Applebly's USE TO be one of my fav's - No more! Not a good experience!
